CSS library will host the Judge's room and the QRSTF Office.
CSS's Theatre will have the awards ceremony which will begin at 3:30 pm on April 6, 2024
When you first arrive at the main entrance of CSS by 8:15 you will be greeted and will have the opportunity to register your project.
Once you have registered you will be taken to the gym, where you will be able to set up your project and be ready for the judges at 9:00 am .

8:00 - 9:00 Students Registration - Parents leave.
9:00 - 11:30 1st Round of Judging (no parents) and Special Awards Judging begins.
11:30 - 2:30 2nd Round of Judging and Special Awards Judging, Public Viewing and Complete and turn in Good Communicator Interview Forms.
2:30 - 2:45 Pack up Projects
2:45 - 3:15 - Prepare for Awards
3:30 to 4:45 QRSTF Award Ceremony
