πŸš— Arrival Logistics & Frequently Asked Questions

Where is the fair hosted and where should we park?
The Quinte Regional Science and Technology Fair is hosted at Centennial Secondary School. Dedicated visitor parking is available on-site near the main entrance, with clear directional signage guiding families toward registration and the students toward the setup areas.
Are parents allowed in the judging room?
During the morning judging sessions, only judges and student participants are permitted in the exhibit hall to ensure an independent evaluation environment. Parents and the general public are warmly invited back during designated public viewing hours and the afternoon award ceremonies.
What should my child wear on Fair Day?
Business casual or neat school attire is recommended for all competing students during judging interviews. Comfortable shoes are also a must since students will be standing by their boards for extended periods.
